New General Director Appointed to Head MVM ERBE Zrt.

The employment of Mr. VAVRIK Antal, former general director of MVM ERBE Zrt. has been terminated as of 18 October, 2010, by mutual consent, in appreciation of his services.

In its Owner's Resolution, the founder MVM Zrt. appointed Mr. DOHÁN Farkas as CEO of MVM ERBE Zrt, as of 19 October, 2010.

Dohán Farkas (43) a chartered mechanical engineer, previously was the head of the site office of E.On's Gönyű Power Plant. Mr. Dohán started its professional career at ERBE in 1994. He was project manager of a number of Hungarian and international EPC power projects launched by Transelektro in 1997-2007.

Takács Zoltán, Tóth Csilla and Dr. Katona Kolos have joined the Supervisory Board of MVM ERBE Zrt.
