POWER PLANTS, HEATING PLANTS

The references comprise the complete scope of activities for the implementation of fossil fuel based (conventional coal-, lignite-, oil- and gas-fired) and nuclear power plants, as well as power plants and heating plants based on renewable energy sources (wind, bio-mass, bio-gas, landfill gas, solar energy), and solid waste incineration plants. The Company has achieved outstanding results in the elaboration of feasibility studies, business plans, cost-benefit analyses, in the conduction of authority permit application procedures and in the compilation of the associated documentation, required for the technical, economic and financial preparation of power plant projects. The Company's activity includes preparatory works to project implementation from the selection of manufacturers and suppliers to the quality supervision of the manufacturing phase, organisation and management of on-site works, technical supervision and commissioning, in accordance with the Employer's requirements. The Company undertakes implementation works and preparation activities also as an EPC contractor.

HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSMISSION LINES

The preparation and implementation of projects aiming at the extension and upgrading of the National Grid are of paramount importance in the work of the Company. In the framework of this, the Company performs consulting-engineering activities associated with the transmission line permit procedure, provides commercial services related to project preparation and implementation, as well as technical and quality control, supervision of commissioning and, finally, project documentation. The Company also has design capacity and considerable references about the design activity.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The scope of activities of MVM ERBE Ltd includes the conduction of environmental impact tests and inspections required for the issuance of environmental permits and uniform environment usage permits in the framework of the permit application procedures specified for power engineering projects as a result of environmental requirements becoming increasingly stringent in the interests of sustainable development. In the course of these activities the Company applies the environmental regulations and recommendations prescribed by the European Union and takes efforts to apply the best available techniques (BAT).

The Company's references include the measurement and utilisation of bio-gases produced in dumping-grounds; preparation and implementation of projects aiming at the construction of solid waste incineration plants, bio-ethanol plants or heating centres.

INFO-COMMUNICATION

The info-communication knowledge of the Company has been developed on the basis of the information technology applied in power engineering. On the basis of several reference projects, the Company's aim is to develop its info-communication business and to increase its market share.
